Mobile Wireless Accessibility

Purpose

The project intends to provide blind and low vision people with a full access to all the applications and functionalities of Mobile Corporate/PA applications.

This capability can be very powerfully for everyone.

Innovative corporate project

This is the first time a project evaluate and test the compatibility between mobile protocols/architectures/products and disability. The portability of the solution to other enterprise environments will be investigated as well.

Besides the project will discover if blind users with Smartphone and the appropriate extensions (such as screen reader) will experience any problem in Internet/intranet usability and accessibility.

Voice interface can be the key for a real powerfully and friendly accessibility
