ASPHI through GRIL
(Gruppo in Rete per l’Integrazione Lavorativa - Group
for Employment Integration) offers support
to employers in the application of the Law
68/99 and disabled employees in the following stages through
individualised work placement.
BASIC
TRAINING
-
Starting from
1979 more than 800 students have participated to 53 different
training courses in Milan,
Bologna, Roma and Avellino, and a staggering 80%
of trainees have found employment.

In 1998 we started
doing online training courses through the internet according
to a now consolidated way of operating.
-
ECDL “European
Computer Driving Licence” is now recognised as a formal
criteria against which measure the ability and knowledge
of personal computers, so to evaluate the ability of those
with no specialistic training.
MEETING
OF EMPLOYMENT DEMAND AND OFFER (JOB COACHING)

Informs,
stimulates and activates the meeting between a person
with disabilities looking for employment and Employers.

With a
project named TOWN,
virtual employment board, people with disabilities offers
and employers demands of workforce, are enabled to meet
online.
WORK
PLACEMENTS

Employment placements:
- more than 600 successful employment placements,
- meeting of demand/offer of non ASPHI clients (31 cases),
- job coaching of ASPHI's competence (40 cases in the
last two years with 19 successes)

Together with GRIL (Gruppo
in Rete per l’Integrazione Lavorativa) ASPHI has contributed
towards enabling hundreds of people with disabilities in their
work placement, through the use of information technology
with many employers on a national level.
